New Employee Orientation Program at PP University

The Human Resources Department of PT PP Properti Tbk held New Employee Orientation Program or Orientasi Pegawai Baru (OPB) on 4 – 10 May 2017 at PP UNIVERSITY Cisarua, Bogor, a learning center with hospitality services which owned and managed by PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Its main objective is to familiarize new employees with the company, its organizational structure, its vision and mission as well as company core values.

This program is regularly held once a year and is the first step in welcoming new hires at PT PP Properti Tbk. Participated by 43 employees from various departments, this year program had been set timely, organized and engaging. Ir. Taufik Hidayat, the President Director of PT PP Properti Tbk, welcomed all participants and delivered company overview on first day.

After the welcome speech from the President Director, the inductions program continued with presentations from Board of Directors and Head of Departments who educated all participants about business process at PT PP Properti Tbk which include feasibility study to after sales service process and 3 (three) core business of PT PP Properti Tbk that are Residential, Commercial and Hospitality. The new employees also learned about the history of PT PP Properti Tbk, PP EDGES, Beyond Space, Project Management, Project Quality Control, Corporate Organizational Structure, Good Corporate Governance, Property Finance, Tax & Accounting System, Sales & Marketing, company policies & procedures and employee benefits.

 

Linda Gustina, Director of Commercial & Hospitality of PT PP Properti Tbk, took part in delivering presentation about hospitality business process which starts from Feasibility Study, Project Development such as product positioning, consultant selection process, master design, permit letters, marketing project, construction project from Pre Opening, Soft Opening to Grand Opening and Business Operation.

In regard to build high performance team and helped them fit in quickly, the human resources department organized team building program led by professional instructors for one full day activities. On last day, all participants had site visit to Grand Kamala Lagoon Apartment, one of the products of PT PP Properti Tbk. As a result, all participants were happy and got ready to grow together with PT PP Properti Tbk.
