PP Hospitality Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification

PP Hospitality has received ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2015 certification for its two hotels, PARK Hotel Cawang – Jakarta and PRIME PARK Hotel Bandung. This certification issued by Transpacific Certifications Limited, an internationally certification body which accredited with JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System – Australia and New Zealand) for the following Management System Certifications.

“This certification reflects our commitment to quality and our continuous commitment to our customers and our mission, delivering Indonesian Hospitality to our valued guests,” said Sinur Linda Gustina, Director of Commercial and Hospitality PT PP Properti Tbk. “We will continue to do our best to provide the best products and service to all of our guests into the future,” she added.

During the audit, PARK HOTEL Cawang – Jakarta and PRIME PARK Hotel Bandung’s Quality Management System was found to fully meet all ISO 9001:2015 standards.

ISO 9001 is the most widely used international quality management standard. The ISO 9001 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process based approach.
