PP HOSPITALITY Supported Zumba Color Event by Lagoon Avenue Bekasi

PT PP Properti Tbk (PPPRO) to increase the recurring income contributed from commercial and hospitality business units up to 15% by 2021. Eight projects have been developed which are five malls and three hotels at Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung, Surabaya and Balikpapan.

In regard to commemorate the opening of Mall Lagoon Avenue Bekasi by end of 2017, PPPRO held Zumba Color event simultaneously and live streaming in three cities that were in Bekasi at Lagoon Avenue Bekasi; Surabaya at Lagoon Avenue Dharmahusada, Lagoon Avenue Sungkono, Kaza City Surabaya; and at Balikpapan Ocean Square in Balikpapan on May 21.

PP Hospitality was pleased to support this event by sending its hotel team from PARK HOTEL Jakarta, PRIME PARK HOTEL Bandung and PP UNIVERSITY Cisarua, Puncak to join Zumba Color at Mall Lagoon Avenue Bekasi.  On Sunday early morning, thousands of people gathered around at mall parking area and dance together to follow the famous Zumba instructor, Liza Natalia.

“PPPRO continues to develop its business units both commercial and hospitality and are targeting to increase company’s recurring income,” said Linda Gustina, Director of Commercial and Hospitality PT PP Properti Tbk. “Recently recurring income contribution is still around 6%. On 2019, the target will be 11% and increase to 15% on 2021,” she added.

After Zumba, all participants were invited to participate on Mannequin Challenge to break the record from Indonesia World Record Museum or Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI) with the largest numbers of participants.
